Role: German speaking Technical Support representative Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email (mainly in German) Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both hardware and software related Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide solutions Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members for resolution Keep accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for our products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our products and services Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in a technical support role or similar customer service position Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Fluency in German and English What's on offer: Salary: up to €37000 p/a DOE + up to €5500 bonus p/a Benefits: Private pension contribution Private healthcare insurance Life assurance and income protection Cycle-to-work scheme Gym membership discounts Relocation package: Up to €500 + the cost of transport to Ireland Work model: Hybrid
