Business Manager - Northern Ireland Division
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our rapidly growing commercial team in Northern Ireland.
Role Overview:
The Business Manager will be responsible for the full operational and strategic oversight of our division, driving performance, business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Divisional Leadership & Growth Management: Lead and manage the Northern Ireland division, overseeing sales, business development, and recruitment operations.
* Financial and Operational Accountability: Full P&L ownership for the division, developing and managing divisional budgets, forecasts, and financial targets, ensuring profitability and performance.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a growing commercial team, supporting their career progression, performance, and development.
* Business Development & Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, drive new business opportunities, and increase market share in Northern Ireland.
* Strategic Planning & Reporting: Lead the strategy for the divisions long-term growth, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
Professional Skills:
* Experience in Healthcare Recruitment: Previous experience in healthcare recruitment in Northern Ireland, ideally in public, private, and voluntary sectors.
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team or commercial division with demonstrable success.
* Financial Acumen: Experience in managing P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies based on market insights and business needs.
* Client Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, clients, and candidates.
