Our new manufacturing facility in Kilkenny serves as a center for world-class engineering, quality, medical device manufacturing, and science-based professionals to produce life-changing technologies for people with diabetes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of protocols, Engineering test scripts, and reports for compliant implementation of new components across factories and production lines.
* Support Supplier Quality, Ops QA, and CAPA teams with component-related investigations.
* Develop new processes for smooth materials function integration with cross-functional processes.
* Develop new materials procedures and work instructions.
* Prepare and review Engineering Change requests (ECs) and Change Impact Assessments (CIAs).
* Develop Power BI trackers and dashboards for capturing materials KPIs and metrics.
* Develop a Components Defect Library and roll out awareness training.
* Prepare and oversee line trial requests and liaise with Material Planners.
* Represent the materials team at daily production and CFT project meetings.
* Support site teams for BOMs and Agile related work.
* Develop product knowledge expertise across ADC KKY materials.
* Act as delegate for the Material Engineering Manager.
* Apply LEAN methodologies to drive operational excellence.
