We're now on the lookout for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, project management, content creation skills, and recruitment technology knowledge.Are you a creative and strategic Marketer who is passionate about brand integrity and lead generation?Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & Campaign ManagementDevelop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine campaigns.Manage end-to-end campaigns on platforms like CRM, LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok.Create targeted audience segments and implement strategies to increase engagement and lead generation.Develop email marketing campaigns (Lead Gen, Nurture Campaigns etc) and email blasts, and manage email lists – understand email automation for candidate nurturing, sequencing and marketing.Identify, recommend, and implement new digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Develop and implement end-to-end content strategies, including creating compelling written content.Basic ability to create and edit visual and video content using tools like Canva and PDF editors. Design and refine marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms.Write engaging content for blogs, social media, and recruitment campaigns tailored to clients and candidates across Contracting and Permanent Divisions.Optimise digital content, including blogs, social posts, and marketing assets.Implement best practices for content indexing and ranking using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics.Maintain and update the company's Google Business profile to enhance visibility.Social MediaPlan, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using tools such as Paiger or Hootsuite.Monitor social trends and engagement metrics to optimise content strategies.Manage podcast publishing and distribution across platforms such as BuzzSprout and YouTube, ensuring audience engagement.Analytics & ReportingTrack and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, as well as the ability to create reports in our ATS system (TrackerRMS), and social media analytics dashboards.Analyse KPIs and generate actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.Web Management & UXManage website updates and backend content management.Optimise user experience and ensure consistent brand representation across the site.Recruitment Marketing SupportPartner with recruitment consultants to design and execute campaigns for talent acquisition projects.Develop creative strategies to promote job opportunities and employer branding initiatives.Ability to do Team training on new features and offer team systems support.Qualifications & Skills:Must-Have Skills:Bachelors Degree in Marketing.Basic understanding of SEO tools and strategies (e.g., SEMrush, Indexing, Google Business Page).Basic design and video editing skills (Canva or similar tools).Experience with HubSpot marketing campaigns and CRM functions.Ideally familiarity with Recruitment ATS systems and Automation (Vincere, Bullhorn, TrackerRMS).Strong content writing skills with an ability to craft engaging and authentic messaging.Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Paid Advertising and LinkedIn Recruiter.Ability to maintain and update website content through backend CMS systems.Understanding of podcast publishing processes.Experience in social media scheduling tools like Paiger or HootSuite.Strategic mindset for developing and executing content strategies.Ability to analyse data for campaign optimisation.Strong project management and organisational skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Enough about us, let’s hear about you.
