As they grow, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Manager to oversee their installation projects and ensure operational excellence in the field. As a Field Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supervising field operations for lift and escalator installations. You will lead teams, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee the installation of lifts and escalators at various project sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Manage and motivate installation teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and field staff, to ensure optimal performance. Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of installations. Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring all activities align with industry and company safety standards. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships. Identify and resolve issues or delays that may arise during installation. Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of field management experience in the lift and escalator industry or a related construction/engineering sector. NVQ or HND A background in engineering, construction, or a related technical field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools. Clear and effective communication skills. Familiarity with lift and escalator installation processes, industry regulations, and safety standards. Health and safety certifications are highly desirable.
