Job Summary: The Mutual Funds team plays a pivotal role in managing, researching, extracting, updating, maintaining, and processing mutual fund financial data using various internal systems and proprietary company software. The team also builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and contributors.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the efficient handling of mutual fund-related data and projects while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
* Update Pricing Data provided by mutual fund managers.
* Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions, including but not limited to dividends, name changes, mergers, and liquidations.
* Participate in time-sensitive projects and collaborate with global colleagues to deliver new initiatives.
* Prior experience in Fund Account management (advantageous).
* Advanced Excel skills (experience with VBA and Macros is an advantage).
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Demonstrable research and analytical skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines, logically solve problems, and set priorities.
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
* Interest in information management, technology, and product development.
* Background in equity markets with additional knowledge of corporate events (an advantage).
