Location: Dublin, IrelandAs a Procurement Assistant, you will support the procurement team in managing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and contract monitoring to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will coordinate internal meetings, liaise with headquarters, and assist with procurement-related administrative tasks.Fluent English and Mandarin are required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential. Experience in project management or event planning is preferred. Proficiency in contract and order management, as well as MS Office tools, is an advantage.Responsibility:
Facilitate the procurement process in accordance with the procurement needs. Includes ensuring accurate management of purchase orders, timely and prompt initiation of procurement requests.
Handle supplier invoice and reconciliation management in accordance with procurement contracts, verifying and ensuring invoice accuracy.
Monitor procurement contracts. Manage supplier share allocation based on supplier selection results. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements during the process.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal understanding abilities.
High attention to detail and precision in work.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Preferred Skills (Plus):
Experience in event planning and project management.
