Location: Field-Based (Covering County Dublin) & Office-Based in North East Dublin

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving brand growth and sales within the Kitchen Retail Trade (KRT) sector.
About the Role
This position is focused on delivering strategic sales plans and providing dedicated account management to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and a passion for high-end kitchen solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Sales Execution
* Assist in delivering the national retail strategy for KRT accounts.
* Support the Sales Manager in implementing the sales plan.
* Drive disciplined and effective execution of sales plans to grow market share and profitability.
* Provide regular updates and insights on account performance.
Account Management
* Develop a deep understanding of assigned customer accounts and their business environments.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners to maximize growth opportunities.
* Proactively identify and pursue new customer partnerships.
* Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring seamless promotion of its premium value proposition.
* Deliver product training and support to enhance sales performance.
* Monitor daily sales activities to drive revenue and margin growth.
Brand Representation
* Act as a brand ambassador, building valuable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in account management is advantageous.
* A background in the Kitchen Retail Trade, Kitchen & Bathroom sector, or within the luxury product market is highly desirable.
* A proactive and adaptable approach with a positive attitude.
* Ability to interpret architectural plans.
* A strong desire for personal development and continuous learning.
* Proven success in increasing sales and margins within an account portfolio.
* Experience in building and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Excellent communication skills with an analytical and solution-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with working in a premium brand environment is a plus.
