We are recruiting for a Campaign Manager to work to develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on the wealth and employee benefits side of the business.
Overview of duties
* Developing and implementing marketing campaigns focused on wealth and employee benefits
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
* Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions
* Managing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution
* Identifying and leveraging key market trends and opportunities
* Assisting with other ad-hoc duties
Person specification
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of the Irish market and regulatory environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education / and or Experience
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role in an insurance and/or financial services company
* Proven experience in campaign management, within the financial services sector
* APA qualification (insurance or financial advice)
