Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy General Manager for one of our well established clients in Co. Kerry.
The main responsibilities will be to report to the General Manager and to assist the management of a fantastic hotel, bar and restaurant in a very busy location which specialises in food and beverage, catering for events, conferences as well as the everyday operations of the business which include a golf course and is open 7 days a week and very popular with locals and tourists alike.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-3 Years Deputy General Management experience of a busy hotel and golf course
2. Open to an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager or Deputy Manager looking for their next career move and step up
3. Experience with managing large teams overseeing different departments within the business
4. Excellent Leadership, Management, Organisation, Communication and Time Management skills essential
5. Hands On Manager role ensuring smooth operation of daily service
6. Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives to ensure high quality of products and ingredients etc
7. Open to generating new ideas and concepts for revenue streams
8. Flexible with working hours which will include mornings, nights, afternoons, weekends and bank holidays
PACKAGE ON OFFER
1. Competitive salary of €50,000 – €60,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
