Accounts Administrator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Accounting and Finance team in a multi-channel company undergoing exciting growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage customer collections to ensure all accounts are up-to-date and reconciled.
* Prepare and process customer payments.
* Perform regular account reconciliations.
* Provide assistance with month-end close procedures.
* Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables.
* Manage supplier invoice entry and supplier/bank reconciliations.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Able to prioritize workload and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
