What your day to day looks like?
* Champion an environment that reflects our client's values, promoting trust and respect.
* Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with key stakeholders across various business units.
* Provide robust HR support and guidance to both employees and management on a broad spectrum of people-related topics.
* Collaborate with People Leaders to foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing effective performance management and talent development.
* Support management on various people matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and absence management.
* Utilise data and evidence to identify business priorities, actively seeking and implementing solutions in collaboration with the wider HR team for consistent best practice application.
* Proactively engage in the implementation of HR strategic programs and contribute to HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Partnering.
* CIPD Qualified with a solid understanding of Business Acumen.
