Link Personnel’s Client is a busy and growing practice on the north side of Dublin with two offices in Dublin 5. They are an established team of legal experts offering services across a range of legal areas including conveyancing, litigation, probate, wills, family law and employment law. They are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will be 3+ years qualified with experience managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions and providing legal advice to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor who is looking to join a busy and established local firm supported by an excellent team.
Excellent Salary offered commensurate with PQE.

The Role:
* Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
* Conduct thorough title investigations, identify potential risks and develop solutions to resolve any issues that arise.
* Build strong relationships with clients maintaining effective communication throughout the transaction and ensuring our clients' best interests are represented at all times.
* Manage relationships with financial institutions, estate agents, brokers, surveyors and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients.
The Candidate:
* Minimum 3 years PQE with experience in conveyancing.
* Probate and Wills experience an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage own caseload.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients’ interests.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal Case Management systems.
