Finance Clerical Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized Finance Administrator to join our team on an initial 12-month contract basis with potential for extension. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team, providing essential support to both the finance team and internal operations.
The role is based in Ballina, Mayo, with a hybrid work model allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, making payments, reconciling creditor statements, and assisting with procurement queries and purchase orders.
* Assist with checking and processing staff travel and subsistence payments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Maintain the travel desk and handle customer interactions at various levels through different communication channels.
* Contribute to the development of policies as needed.
* Operate the financial system and other local systems, utilizing assigned technology and equipment.
* Complete all necessary training successfully.
* Perform additional duties as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the Finance Unit.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Effective numerical and literacy skills.
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of office processes and equipment, with PC proficiency being essential.
Estimated Salary: €28,000 - €35,000 per annum
