Who we are looking for We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our PRIIPs & SFDR Reporting team, focusing on the production of SFDR Annex IV Periodic reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational and workload management skills and will be comfortable with working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Why this role is important to us The PRIIPs & SFDR Reporting team is part of the Portfolio Control & Reporting group within Business Support & Operations in Amundi Ireland.
The purpose of the team is the technical production of PRIIPs KIDs and SFDR Annex IV Periodic reporting for Amundi Group products.
The Regulatory Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing production of the reporting as well as for the ownership and continuous improvement of the processes that make up the target operating model for the SFDR periodic reporting.
In their capacity as specialist in the production of the reporting, the individual will collaborate with IT, business & legal contributors across the Amundi organisation, as well as with external auditors.
What you will be responsible for The role will require the individual to develop a strong understanding of the technical rules, content requirements and data components of the SFDR Periodic Report.Build up knowledge of the internal systems and internal service providers who supply the necessary data.Develop and maintain rapport with stakeholders in the business and understanding the complex organisational structures.Support interactions with fund auditors who review the SFDR Annex IV periodic reports.The role will have a strong emphasis on understanding the overall architecture of the SFDR document from a data completeness perspective.Perform hands-on inspection of data within the reports and in source systems, and troubleshoot issues that arise.Support the evolution of Amundi's solution for SFDR Annex IV periodic reports, including liaising with IT teams to specify, implement and test changes to the solution.Implement and produce internal reporting on the team's activities in order to meet the information needs of management and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).What we value for the role Proactive management and tracking of issues through to resolution.Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.Ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment with time-bound and deadline driven tasks.Effective prioritization and workload management skills.Motivated self-starter and committed team player.Comfortable working with ambiguity.Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher.Minimum 3 years of experience in the Asset Management / Funds industry.Previous experience of regulatory reporting or of SFDR/ESG topics would be an advantage.About Amundi What we do.
