Job Purpose
To promote the development of independent living skills, and to assist service users in their daily living within a supported accommodation service, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate, assess, and intervene on individualized community support services.
* Document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
* Interact with clients in a dignified, respectful, equal manner, incorporating choice.
Requirements:
* Third-level graduate, Health & Social Care or equivalent preferred.
* Attendance at training as deemed appropriate by management.
* Minimum 2 years experience working with people with disabilities.
* Fully qualified driver with a minimum of 2 years' experience required.
