Full Time Junior Sous Chef

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant and innovative team at the Clayton Hotel Limerick.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef with the overall running of the kitchen, back of house areas including the staff canteen and delivery area.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef in the production of menus of the highest standards using approved ingredients in a cost-effective manner.
* Follow the example of excellence and efficiency set by the talented Head Chef.
* Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times and support fellow kitchen staff in observing appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
* A genuine passion for food and a mature, pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
* A team player able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
