Technical Support
1. Provide Technical and QA support services to the unit.
2. Support the delivery of ESQDC unit targets.
3. Ensure an effective & efficient line & processes.
4. Drive Business Unit continuous performance improvement.
5. Maintain a visible line & process Quality Management system.
6. Support the unit by developing robust process & systems to ensure delivery of effective quality.
7. Support Continuous Improvement through Kaizen and Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
8. Manage, plan & coordinate relevant performance improvement projects. Support capital and non-capital investment projects impacting on unit.
9. Manufacturing Batch Record reviews.
10. Customer Complaint Investigations.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
11. Studying a 3rd level degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or Chemistry discipline.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, awareness, attention to detail, team player.
13. This position requires excellent self-starting skills and requires a “solution focused” individual to problem solve.
