Location
We operate a hybrid working model where employees are office-based a minimum of one day per week in our office in Dublin. Employees are welcome to use the office 5 days a week.
Where does this role fit within the overall business?
As an experienced Production Manager, you will be delivering event production for the agency’s key clients. You will need to possess an excellent track record in experiential/events while demonstrating an overall level of performance that ensures client and campaign success.
Overview
We’re searching for an experienced, relationship & results-driven individual to join the production team. Prior agency experience, expert knowledge of production, stellar client service & team management skills are critical for this position.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with the ability to actively manage competing priorities while always remaining composed under pressure. You’re a team player with exceptional communication skills & great flexibility.

Responsibilities
* Execute large, multi-channel projects with creative and strategic objectives
* Flawless, clear, and consistent communication internally as well as external client/partner management
* Proactively and clearly explain/educate clients on: team roles and responsibilities, scope, deliverables, budget, schedules, and program status
* Adept at ensuring a project stays on strategy and meets client’s KPIs and priorities while keeping the details of a project on track
* Actively contribute to the conceptual, creative, and strategic development of programs
* Work intimately with design throughout the design development, budgeting, feasibility vetting, and build phases of a project
* Prepared with solutions when escalating/discussing a situation with supervisors, clients, and partners
* Manage events with live show/programming and technical elements with limited supervision (i.e., awards show, panels, and summits requiring show/script development, tech teams, and stage/show management)
* Has experience working with technical vendors, fabricators, specialists, and artists throughout the country
* Co-Author (with Finance) SOWs, LOAs, scope additions/addendums, etc. as necessary
* Work to grow departmental vendor and freelance talent pools/relationships
