Project Management Team (Residential)
We are seeking a team of experienced project management professionals to join our residential development projects in Dublin City and County.
Job Description
* Project Manager: Manage multiple high-rise apartment developments from design to construction, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Site Manager: Oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
* Quantity Surveyor: Provide cost management services, including budgeting, tendering, and contract administration.
* Site Engineer: Ensure the technical aspects of construction projects are executed according to plan, including structural integrity and safety.
* General Foreman / Site Agent: Supervise labor forces, materials, and plant equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
* Safety Officer: Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and enforce adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, including developers, main contractors, and local authorities.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, proposing contingency plans as necessary.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
Requirements
* Several years' experience in project management, preferably within the residential development sector.
* A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Location
The positions will be based in Dublin, with interviews taking place in Dublin and London.
