Are you a Quality Engineer in a highly regulated industry looking to join a progressive medical device company based in Cork?
Quality Engineer II - Cork - Permanent
What does this role involve?
1. Assisting the Quality Technicians and QC Inspectors.
2. Drive and implement process improvements to ensure predictable processes across all product lines (e.g. Risk Reduction, Yield Improvements, Customer complaint reduction, Error Proofing, Cost Reduction Initiatives, Process automation Activities).
3. Provide effective and responsive Quality support to Operations to meet their area's objectives
4. Provide functional expertise to other support functions on quality related issues
5. Drive and implement plant wide quality system improvements.
6. Validation: Define process and product validation requirements, preparation and approval of Master Validation Plans, protocols and reports approval.
What is required:
7. 2-5 years' experience in Manufacturing or Quality with a Level 8 qualification in Engineering or related technical/Quality discipline.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional organizations in a dynamic manufacturing environment to solve problems
