Job Title: Shipping Administrator
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the shipping, freight or logistics sector to join our team.

The Job:
* Act as point of contact for customers and external partners/contractors.
* Coordinate the movements of vessels to and from port.
* Manage stock/inventory and warehouse operations.
* Maintain accurate import and export documentation.
* Plan for incoming traffic.
* Resolve queries and support the management team.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification ideal.
* 2-3+ years' experience in a relevant shipping, freight, logistics, or similar role.
* Full and clean driving license.
* Ability to multi-task and work with diverse teams.
* Strong IT skills.
* Availability to work 1 weekend in 4 and occasional on call but time off during the week to balance.
