Be a Champion for Early Talent:
4. As a staff member, you’ll execute on global early career recruiting strategies within specific functional areas or geographic regions.
5. Manage interview logistics for each assigned position, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
6. Own the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to securing candidate acceptance.
7. Become a trusted advisor to internal partners, collaborating on developing effective recruitment strategies, policies, and processes.
8. Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of their ideal candidate profile.
9. Establish clear communication plans with hiring managers, keeping them updated with candidate feedback, timelines, and next steps.
10. Focus on ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience, from the first contact to the final decision.
11. Analyze sourcing and recruiting performance, continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
12. Be passionate about staying up to date on the latest talent acquisition trends, policies, and best practices.
13. Proactively build a strong talent pool within your assigned area to ensure you’re attracting the best possible candidates.
14. Leverage experience in university/campus recruiting is a must.
