Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Senior Marketing Ops Specialist to manage our marketing automation infrastructure and scale the execution of operations. This role will contribute to the continued growth of the company by helping to manage, design, and automate workflows, campaigns, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns that drive results.
* Oversee data management in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless lead assignments and handover processes while implementing interoperable procedural changes.
* Implement and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, maximizing ROI.
* Design automated email nurture campaigns to bolster acquisition and nurturing initiatives, improving visibility into the sales funnel.
* Enhance lead management, routing, attribution, and multi-channel nurturing to gain valuable insights.
* Develop and manage forms, landing pages, automated emails, thank you pages, and related assets, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
* Supervise database management, including data cleansing and segmentation tasks, maintaining data accuracy.
* Anticipate and assess the downstream effects of changes to marketing infrastructure and campaigns on other business systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration.
* Travel nationally and internationally to meet clients and foster strong relationships.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in Hubspot (preferably as an admin/power-user) and expertise with Salesforce.
* Email design and templating skills, including HTML and CSS knowledge.
* Proven results in creating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Expertise and guidance around data gathering and campaign projections to inform team activities.
