Our client, a leading custodian bank in Limerick, is looking for a Transfer Agency Senior Analyst to join the Investor Services Centre team.
ROLE
As a Senior Analyst reporting to a Team Leader, you will perform daily responsibilities while also collaborating with the Team Leader and quality function to support and enhance the team's skills, contributing to overall departmental performance.
The department delivers third-party fund services to a range of fund management companies, covering all aspects of shareholder servicing, including transaction processing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statement production.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to investor inquiries via phone or email.
* Assist the Team Leader with call volume management to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
* Help monitor client-specific mailboxes and eGain to ensure queries are addressed within agreed timelines.
* Act as a mentor for new team members, providing guidance, and support, and serving as a point of reference.
* Support quality improvements through procedural reviews and enhancements.
* Complete daily telephone dealing tasks, ensuring all documentation is properly scanned and recorded.
* Verify phone trade data accuracy by ensuring all necessary fields are completed and checklists are followed.
* Monitor and report on various client inquiries and make procedural recommendations to the Team Leader.
* Generate and distribute team statistics or reports as required.
* Mentor and support all team members, assisting them as needed.
* Ensure timely completion of your tasks and responsibilities.
* Perform other relevant tasks as needed to meet business needs.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
* Strong understanding of Transfer Agency processes in an Investor Services environment in Ireland.
* In-depth knowledge of Telephone Dealing and Client & Investor Services.
* Ability to work independently and meet set deadlines.
* Extensive knowledge of fund administration, regulatory standards, and organizational requirements.
* Proficiency in Excel and Word.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Analytical skills to research and resolve inquiries.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Strong interpersonal skills (relationship building, problem-solving, and empathy).
