We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a Project Manager to spearhead a critical program aimed at enhancing control frameworks across all market businesses to mitigate disruption risks.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement strategic solutions with Business and Market Risk teams.
* Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and issue remediation.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and regulators.
* Develop and deliver presentations to senior management.
* Lead and coach junior team members.
* Support complex changes in a regulated environment.
Essential Criteria
* Understanding of regulated change programs and regulatory responses.
* Knowledge of Front Office market structure and trade flow.
* Experience with controls, legal teams, and regulatory terminology.
* Project management experience in a front office environment.
* Ability to obtain stakeholder and legal approval for change projects.
* Knowledge of risk methodologies and data quality rules.
* Experience in trade processing, risk, and control within a large bank/dealer.
* Knowledge of global markets trading products and securities services.
