Our client is a global pharmaceutical company looking for support in their Order Management department.
The Role
You will be the primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and on time.
High attention to detail is essential, as administration tasks are crucial. Customer service is a key responsibility, but this role does not involve working with a ticketing system.
The Candidate
We seek French speakers who genuinely care about people and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but not mandatory.
A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key qualities we look for in our candidates.
The Process
I can arrange a call with interested candidates to discuss the role and expectations. If successful, I will submit an application on your behalf.
Candidates will then be called for an interview, which should take no more than a week.
Additional Information
This is a fixed-term contract initially, but there is a strong possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent one.
You will work regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm), Monday to Friday.
A hybrid model is in place, with three days per week spent in the office in Dublin 22 and two days worked from home.
