Purchasing Administrator
At Silent Aire, a Johnson Controls company, we design and manufacture mission-critical custom air handlers and modular data centres for hyperscale cloud and colocation providers.
We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Dublin 12.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and background in purchasing preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the department, assisting with documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of purchasing-related activities.
* Ensure compliance with purchasing management systems.
* Collaborate closely with the SAE Purchasing Manager and Internal Procurement Team/department.
* Work with the Purchasing and Quality Team to support Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and closure.
* Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure goods are received and appropriate action is taken.
* Partner with Accounts Payable (AP) to resolve invoices and ensure necessary payments are made.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and process control within an ERP system.
* Strong working knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably SAGE or SAP.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Action-oriented self-starter who is driven to achieve results.
* Flexible and adaptable team player.
* Ability to work with multiple deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel.
