We are searching for a confident, creative professional to join our team in an independent and challenging role. As a Senior Manager of Contracting, you would oversee contract negotiations with our pharmaceutical partners as you build strong industry relationships.
TheSenior Manager of Contractingevaluates and negotiates contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls. Responsibilities also include establishing and implementing strategies to support a variety of business lines.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and manage contracts with pharmaceutical companies and distributors in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls.
• Review the contracts and revise as necessary.
• Anticipate and resolve contract language issues.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with pharmaceutical companies.
• Maintain executed Rebate Agreements. Provide contract interpretation to respond to inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Lead special projects and initiatives.
• Participate in additional projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong contract negotiation skills
• Proven contract management & negotiations experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others
• Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to understand business needs and prioritize work accordingly
Preferred Qualifications:
• Pharmaceutical contracting experience preferred
• Healthcare, retail pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management knowledge
• A background in project management
• Undergraduate degree and/or previous healthcare -- ideally pharmaceutical -- contracting experience
• Previous supervisory experience
