Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with experience in the HVAC industry to join their team.

Position Summary:
This is a full-time permanent role based at our client’s Head Office in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with health and safety regulations, all while exceeding the client’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead an on-site team to ensure smooth project execution.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate site records.
* Coordinate work with other subcontractors and ensure all work is carried out according to best practices and relevant regulations.
* Attend site meetings, troubleshoot issues, and maintain communication with the project management team.
Specific Duties:
* Report directly to the Construction and/or Project Manager.
* Ensure all site operations comply with the company’s HSQE requirements and standards.
* Manage and supervise direct labour resources, plant, and materials, ensuring safe execution of works.
* Oversee the coordination of subcontractors on-site and monitor performance.
* Conduct post-construction surveys and manage company compliance and administration procedures.
* Maintain records of site performance and progress and ensure all works meet building regulations, project specifications, health and safety, and environmental standards.
* Participate in system walkdowns, punch-list management, construction close-out, and the turnover of systems to clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar supervisory role, particularly in the HVAC industry.
* Experience managing industrial or pharmaceutical projects is preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
* Strong ability to work under pressure and to deadlines within a fast-paced team environment.
* Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety requirements, risk and compliance management, and project planning.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving approach.
Working Conditions:
* This role will require the candidate to work at various project sites.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to meet project deadlines.
* Travel is required as part of the role.
