The Role:
* Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will assist with annual reviews, employee Compensation and Benefits.
* Support the HR team with key projects in relation to change management across the business.
* Be first point of contact for managers to offer guidance.
* Provide day-to-day coaching and advise employees, managers and partners on a variety of process, policy and procedural queries.
* Lead the internal and external audit process.
* Provide ongoing support and coaching to line managers to ensure that they effectively manage performance.
* Work closely with managers to proactively identify training needs.
* Supervise HR operations team in relation to all administration adhering to internal guidelines and ensure legal compliance at all times.
* Oversee payroll administration for UK and Dublin office to ensure monthly payroll runs smoothly.
* To provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence, health issues and family leave.
* Be point of contact with the Law Society of Ireland in relation to all administration and compliance tasks.
The Candidate:
* 4-5 years’ HR experience preferably within a Professional services environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
* Knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility of tasks with a “can do” attitude.
* Positive and proactive approach to work with a “can do” attitude to challenges that may arise.
* Flexibility, problem solving skills and agility to meet changing requirements.
* Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Collaborative team player.
