Responsibilities to include:
General office administrationSupporting sales & letting agentsUsing CRM system & marketing toolsDrafting Ads for sales & lettingsEnsuring full payment of rents and following up with tenants in arrears to collect payments in a timely mannerDrafting: PSA contract documentation, LOEs for both Sales & LettingsCompiling of leasesTransfer of utilitiesDealing with tenant's queries and requests on a daily basisArranging maintenance & repairs, liaising with tenants & contractorsProviding tenancy management functions as part of a team for the landlordCoordinating tenant move ins & outsEnsuring landlords are fully briefed and updatedKeeping all records updated and filed appropriatelyEnthusiastic and motivated, exceptional organizational skills and 'can do' attitudeMust possess strong customer-oriented skill setAbility to problem solveExcellent telephone mannerStrong communication and negotiation skillsFluency in written & oral EnglishProficiency in the standard Microsoft Office suite including in particular MS Word and ExcelAbility to build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractorsGeneral office administration experience; specialized knowledge would be an advantageGood eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines and be flexible to deal with tenant problems outside normal office hours
