You will be involved in the production of detailed Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Project Information Models (PIM), Asset Information Models (AIM) and the production of drawings and models for client approval, for construction and verified construction records to a high standard in line with client requirements, Veolia standard practices and industry standards.Day to day of the role:Develop P&IDs pertinent to Water & Waste-water Treatment Plants using AutoCad Software under guidance from Design EngineersDevelop 3D Models, General Arrangement Drawings for Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants using Revit Software under guidance from Design EngineersResponsibility for ensuring that your work within your department is carried out accurately and with due diligenceEffective time management and execution of output within defined timeline and budgetary constraintsEnsuring effective, professional and appropriate communication at all times with design engineersProblem solving and application of good engineering principlesUnderstanding and ensuring compliance with Clients Specifications, User Requirement Specifications, Health and Safety Requirements, Company Quality requirements, Company Policy, legislation, design standards and good engineering practiceSupporting and assisting Managers and colleaguesAdhere to the Company’s ethical conduct guidelines and maintain a working environment which is supportive and respectful of other employeesRelevant 3rd Level qualification in the AEC industryRelevant work experience Required skills for this role:Must be proficient in and have advanced knowledge of RevitMust be proficient in and have advanced knowledge of NavisworksMust be proficient in and have advanced knowledge of AutoCADMust be proficient in and have advanced knowledge of BIM360 including project setup and ongoing maintenanceMust be proficient in the use of Point Clouds and have a working knowledge of RecapPro (or similar software)Must be able to follow standard practices and positively contribute to the development of current and future standard practicesMust be able to read and follow schematic drawingsMust be proficient in the development 3D modelsMust be familiar with the use of the BIM interoperability toolkit for the addition of Uniclass and Construction Operation Building information exchange (COBie) information to model elementsMust be proficient in the development of general arrangement drawingMust be proficient in Excel & Word3+ years experience in a similar role Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment industry preferablePlease note:If you are an EU/EEA national, you will be asked to show proof of right to work in Ireland.If you are a non-EU/EEA national, you will require current and valid permission to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland.Information on legislation and guides to the procedures in relation to obtaining greencard permits ,work permits, spousal/dependant permits is available on the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation website.
