Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Maintain and improve internal controls, processes, and procedures.
* Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as required.
* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
* Assist with ongoing projects, including system improvements and process optimisation.
Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant with 2+ years' experience in a similar management accounting role.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
