La Rousse Foods has been specializing in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments since 1992. Our own temperature-controlled logistic fleet ensures an efficient daily service to meet chefs' needs throughout Ireland. We offer a wide range of fresh, seasonal, and innovative produce from a network of local and international producers, always keeping informed of the latest food trends. With our own butchery, cheese-maturing room, and chocolate lab, La Rousse Foods can provide bespoke solutions at short notice to cater to our customers' ever-changing needs. Responsibilities
* Proficient with various tools/software relevant to social media, presentations, and design.
* Build Product Launch to include all relevant departments. Work with Food Manager and category managers to plan all elements of Launch as Route to Market.
* Ensure compliance with our internal requirements for any new suppliers/products.
* Liaise with suppliers and producers to ensure access to the most relevant marketing material.
* Assist in creating promotional materials including brochures and blogs.
* Work with Food Manager and category specialists to support and deliver the events program.
* Collaborate and educate the sales team as part of the Food Team to ensure La Rousse Foods remains relevant to customers.
* Analyze and track consumer trends to help identify product categories for future growth.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Be self-motivated, diligent, responsive, responsible, accountable, and resilient.
* Process invitations/RSVPs, event structure/planning, liaising with venue team and event vendors.
* Knowledge of social media platforms and website maintenance.
* Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of InDesign program.
* Ability to take the lead on creative projects.
Qualifications / Experience
* Good computer knowledge (e.g., Excel, Outlook; Adobe Suite knowledge an advantage but not essential).
* Good English skills; additional language(s) would be beneficial.
* Driving license an advantage.
