The Role We now have a vacancy for an experienced Duty Manager to Leading our reception team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, whilst operating within the brand guidelines to ensure we deliver that ultimate customer experience for every guest, every time. Your overall responsibility is to assist in developing, managing, and leading your team to deliver great hospitality experiences through a focused approach on excellent customer service and consistent standards. Responsibilities: Ensuring employees are offering exceptional customer service and working on high standards. Making sure customers are happy with the service and products. Hands on approach. Assisting other managers. Helping to implement company policies. Motivating team members. Ensure the hotel operates smoothly on a daily basis. Provide first class customer service at every opportunity, representing the Hotel Manager in every interaction. Furnishing guests with practical assistance, as needed. Communicating & managing the daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Offer support across all departments Support health and safety, wellness, security function throughout the property. The Candidate: A minimum of 2 years previous experience at Reception/Assistant Manager level. Previous experience working in a branded property. 100% computer literacy, to include Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook etc). Previous experience working with Amadeus, or similar Property Management System. Excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of managing a team. Excellent knowledge of the local area and Dublin City. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
