Building Surveyor / Architectural Technician

About You
You are a motivated professional with a relevant construction qualification and at least 4 years of post-qualification experience. Your expertise includes:
* Comprehensive knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BC(A)R.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for technical details.
* In depth knowledge of Land Registry mapping procedures
* The ability to produce high quality Building Survey/Condition Reports.
* A proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to work independently when needed.
* Experience with statutory applications, contract administration, and site inspections.
Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
* Prepare statutory applications, including Planning, FSC, DAC, and BCMS submissions.
* Conduct site surveys, inspections, and lead progress meetings.
* Develop and nurture client relationships while working collaboratively with other consultants.
* Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of project delivery.
