More about the role:
1. Work with department heads to ensure all orders and purchase invoices have been captured and recorded
2. Work with central AP team to answer supplier queries
3. Undertake monthly creditor reconciliations
4. Month end accruals, SAP/ Procure Wizard reviewing, reporting and analysis of spend by department and category
5. Reconciliation of purchasing values in SAP vs Procure Wizard
6. Support Head of Purchasing
7. Occasionally visit other sites to develop understanding of business
About you:
1. Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified AITI
2. High numeric and analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Previous operational experience in AP for catering, hospitality, FMCG an advantage
4. Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically
5. Strong IT, Excel skills and experience with SAP an advantage
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence internal and external parties
7. Full Clean Driving License
