About the Role
This role offers a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration within our dynamic marketing team. As Brand Manager, you will craft impactful marketing initiatives that resonate across diverse channels, embracing a start-up mentality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior marketing professionals to devise strategies for boosting market share across one or more of our food and household brands.
* Develop and implement cutting-edge brand plans that meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conceptualize and execute standout campaigns that solidify our position as market leaders.
Brand Activation
* Prioritize the best mix of consumer communication for each brand, encompassing ATL and BTL approaches.
* Lead the creation of digital and social media assets in conjunction with our design team.
* Drive packaging development projects and intellectual property matters.
* Maintain brand cohesion across all channels by ensuring consistent communications.
* Foster close relationships with Commercial and Category teams to execute trade plans for key retailers.
Digital, Social, & Influencer Marketing
* Design engaging social media calendars, producing high-quality content in collaboration with our media and design teams.
* Elevate partnerships with brand ambassadors to create unique, captivating, on-brand content.
* Take a leading role in influencer marketing & ambassador programs to support brand objectives.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
Experience & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 3-4 years of relevant brand marketing experience, preferably within FMCG.
* Proven success in brand activations, with a strong interest in digital strategies.
* Strong copywriting skills and the ability to translate business needs into compelling content.
* A team player with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with the capacity to work independently.
