Creativity is our day-to-day. From the signature Hand & Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations where you will help bottle some of their most precious memories, our services and events are the talk of the town.
KNOW THE ROLE
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Maximise sales performance and productivity
* Communicate effectively
* Build collaborative relationships across department store
* Effectively manage stock and inventory
* Complete any administrative tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a candidate to fill a 10 hours contract over 2 days. Mid-week and weekend availability is essential. The ideal candidate will be warm, kind, and friendly, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. They will have a passion for service and storytelling while being adaptable and versatile. They will be gracious, intelligent, smart, and have a groomed, clean, and crisp image.
* Proven customer service experience
* The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
* Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in this country if invited to attend for an interview
