Responsibilities:
* Develop and define the communication strategy and plan for the Gulf Cluster.
* Lead and execute communications campaigns tailored to target audiences, both external and internal.
* Create executive thought leadership content, including speeches, media briefings, and strategic messaging.
* Design and implement strategies to secure high-quality earned media coverage across various communication channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts to maximize brand visibility and exposure.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the brand and key internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align public relations efforts with marketing and sales, including participation in third-party Tier events.
* Develop and deliver impactful public relations stories that align with the brand’s identity, driving media coverage and public engagement.
* Support organizational changes and transformations through effective communication activities.
* Draft speeches, newsletters, and other communications to foster employee engagement.
* Manage share-of-voice targets and set clear measurement expectations with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
* Experience in media or public relations agencies is an added advantage.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of branding processes and tools.
