Job Title: Accommodation Manager
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation Manager to join our luxury hotel in Wexford.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star property, where they can lead by example and drive high standards of guest satisfaction.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Accommodation Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding results and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing, scheduling and developing a large dedicated team, ensuring excellent housekeeping standards across the property, including rooms and public areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing a large team of accommodation/housekeeping employees, prioritizing their development and well-being.
* Maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards throughout the property, including rooms and public areas.
* Overseeing payroll and budget management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, both internally and externally.
* Liaising with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as an Accommodation Manager in a 4 or 5-star property.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
* Experience in payroll and budget management, as well as staff training and development.
