Job Description
The role of IT Systems Admin and Support Specialist has been created to drive automation, efficiencies, and staff training across all internal tech stack and IT systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Become a subject matter expert on all Ward Personnel IT platforms and systems.
* Assist and support the staff team on all queries and issues in relation to internal IT Systems and Applications.
* Coordinate our internal IT Helpdesk and liaise with external IT Support providers to resolve issues.
* Manage Systems Administration and related service provider relationships around MS 365, Dropbox, Google Drive, and other applications.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of external IT service providers and ensure they provide responsive support within agreed SLA's.
* Input into Business Continuity plans from the IT perspective.
* Work closely with the Head of Compliance to document IT-related procedures and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the Head of Finance to manage the IT budget and achieve best value for money.
* Administer, track, and renew all IT Licences and contracts.
* Assist the broader team with identifying and managing specific IT projects and initiatives.
* Work with the Head of Finance and Marketing team to manage aspects of the company website and adopt a continuous improvement approach.
* Introduce AI and related tools to drive business performance and achieve efficiencies.
* Develop and deliver internal IT Training to staff on all used IT Systems and Applications.
Requirements:
* At least 2/3 years relevant IT/Systems support experience and an IT qualification.
* Strong skills in MS 365 / IT Systems Administration and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
* A passion for automation and continuous improvement including AI adoption.
* Negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* An enthusiastic, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
* A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
