Technical Helpdesk Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Helpdesk Advisor to join our Helpdesk team, providing general IT and technical support to professionals within the health sector via inbound calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving IT queries and issues at first point of contact, escalating tickets appropriately, and collaborating with a team to ensure efficient resolutions.
Responsibilities:
* Resolving IT queries and issues at first point of contact
* Escalating tickets appropriately
* Providing software/hardware support
* Collaborating with a team to ensure efficient resolutions
Requirements:
* Over 1 year experience in a helpdesk role
* Strong customer service skills
* Motivated to learn and passionate team player
* Interested in IT/learning new systems
* Adaptable, versatile, happy to take on a variety of tasks across IT Support and IT projects
* Driving licence and access to own car
What We Offer:
* 25k pa (plus overtime options)
* Holidays (28 days pa rising to 37)
* Pension (5% employee contribution / 3% employer contribution)
