A Creative Interaction Designer excels at translating sophisticated business concepts and future visions into compelling design experiences.
This role will work closely with our Industry Value Advisory team and collaborate with our creative strategist and account teams to help presenters organise complex information in simple ways to tell their stories to the world.
Crafting how our vision is presented leads to cut through and better understanding. You strive to help account teams achieve by understanding audiences and crafting accordingly. Solving for scale is key to improving our impact across multiple accounts and you drive inquisitive reuse and white-labelling of assets as an inherent part of the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Crafting effective communication with best-in-class design. Interpreting sophisticated information and simplifying concepts for easier audience consumption, harnessing presentation design, visual communication and motion graphic skills.
2. Guiding account teams as briefs are reviewed after the discovery process and helping them articulate their message to customers in the most impactful way. As a fast thinker and strong communicator, a Visual Designer can defend design decisions and field last minute requests.
3. Exploring new formats and approaches by continually questioning which visual approach or design structure best matches the objectives of the brief or preferences of the target audience.
4. Managing and driving multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
5. Maintaining style guides and design systems to support higher productivity, reuse and replicability.
Experience:
1. Proven experience crafting and designing high-end presentation decks for C-suite executives using Google Slides/PowerPoint, Figma etc.
2. Portfolio of published work that demonstrates a wide range of work representing multiple visual approaches, techniques, target audiences and content types.
3. Expert-level knowledge of creative tools for presentation and animation and video processes.
4. Deep understanding of standard methodologies for persuasive presentation structures and storytelling to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
5. Communicate well and listen to client and stakeholder needs to make the project successful.
6. Ability to meet high-reaching deadlines and deliver high quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around concepts, designs and final presentations.
7. Design Thinking: you have a strong understanding of the creative development process. Ability to work with an extended team of creatives to understand sophisticated customer requirements and craft custom solutions.
8. Technology curiosity: you possess a keen interest in how technology can tackle problems from the everyday to the life changing. The potential of how technology can create a better tomorrow excites you.
