Business Director
We are looking for a senior professional to take our agency to the next level. This role requires an individual with real passion, energy, and vision.
The successful candidate will lead on sales, growth & new business planning for the EMEA region, working closely with the MD, Deputy MD, and full management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth of revenue within the business – with a main focus on new clients, and at times existing clients – in line with your client portfolio & annual targets.
* The management and ownership of the live sales report for the business
* Detailed weekly reporting to senior management
* Managing your own new business pipeline with the management team.
* Managing the overview of the sales & marketing process along with the funnel pipeline for new business.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the events or related industry.
* Strong understanding of creative agency environment, event planning, Live experiences, production or related industries
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive growth.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
