Our client has an opening for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to join their team. This job comes with great flexibility as it is available on a fully remote basis with full-time and part-time options. There is an experienced team in place, and they have an established client base with a focus on long-term hires.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit and source candidates within the hospitality industry.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
4. Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
1. At least two years’ experience as a Recruiter within the hospitality industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of the industry and its key players.
3. Fluent written and verbal English.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. Highly motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
6. Good time management skills and a committed team player.
