Role purpose:
The Digital Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Reporting into the Head of Brand, this role will influence brand strategy, bring thought leadership to the business and be responsible for managing senior stakeholders. Holders of this role are expected to be passionate about digital marketing, understand latest trends and areas of innovation, be inquisitive and highly commercial.
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
Nurture and develop a team of specialists across social and performance marketing, helping them to continually learn in their speciality as well as helping them upskill in other areas of marketing.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, programmatic and display.
Help to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve desired results
Embed a test and learn approach across the team, helping to uncover powerful insights to drive both improved media and commercial performance.
Manage agency and partner relationships
Stay up to date on the latest trends in performance marketing to inform strategy
Work as part of the Brand Management Team to define governance and processes which will empower and enable teams to deliver their long and short term goals
We Are Looking For You, If You Have:
Minimum 10 years experience in Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of digital acquisition channels – proven hands on experience of running at least 2 of the following: Paid Social, Paid Search Programmatic advertising, Affiliate Marketing.
Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance, with actionable insights.
Superior influencing and stakeholder management skills and ability to get buy in from C-Level audience
Experience using marketing analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adjust or Appsflyer)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Experience of key data regulations including GDPR and an understanding of the importance of strong data governance in everything that we do
Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing large budgets
