Job description: Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. Are you ready to step into a vibrant role as PA, supporting a visionary leader? Red D are recruiting a highly organised and proactive individual to join the team of a highly successful company as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. In this pivotal position, you will be the “right hand” of the Chief Executive, providing unparalleled administrative and project management support.
What You’ll Do:
* Key Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between client contacts and the CEO, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
* Office Management: Oversee the efficient operation of this busy head office, maintaining a smooth workflow and positive work environment. Providing support to other Directors / Senior Team.
* Strategic Planning: Proactively manage incoming enquiries, correspondence, and invitations, providing clarity and direction to the CEO.
* Meeting Mastery: Coordinate internal and external meetings and conferences, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for every engagement.
* Secretarial / Administration Support: Provide high-level support for key meetings involving the CEO, including agenda preparation and coordination. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detail, maintaining accessibility and clarity in all documentation.
* Calendar Coordination: Keep the CEO’s calendar organised and up-to-date, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling conflicts.
* Project: Manage projects and files handled by the CEO, maintaining databases and tracking systems with efficiency and accuracy.
* Financial Facilitation: Process expenses, credit card returns, and purchase orders, ensuring all financial matters are handled promptly and accurately.
* Travel Arrangements: Book travel arrangements for the senior team, ensuring seamless logistics and cost-effective solutions.
