The TeamFidelity Agency Lending and Corporate Actions are part of the Operations & Services Group (OSG) that provides superior customer service to Fidelity’s brokerage businesses through innovation and dedication to excellence. OSG provides securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients. OSG performs tens of thousands of over the counter, listed equities, options, bonds, and mutual fund transactions daily. Due to expansion, a need has arisen for a Corporate Actions Analyst in the Fidelity Agency Lending Corporate Actions (FALCA) unit, who will support the functions of Middle Office and Operations alongside the existing FAL Dublin team.The RoleAs a Corporate Actions Analyst, your knowledge of Domestic and International Corporate Actions (Reorganization and or Dividends) with an emphasis on managing their impact on the stock loan settlement business is essential.Become subject matter expert in managing International Dividends and Corporate Action events throughout the lifecycle; from announcement to payments to claims to reconciliation.Support implementation of process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization.Escalation of issues in a timely manner is essential.The Expertise & Skills You BringBachelor's Degree required.2-5 years of Corporate Actions/International Dividends experience.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, brokerage accounting, and securities settlement and custody preferred.Experience and intermediate knowledge of Global One and Microsoft Office suite applications.
